Aloha, ninja! You’ve joined an elite squad of spice lovers who crave adventure and bold taste. Before you unleash the heat, take a moment to review our subscription policy—because even the fiercest warriors follow the code.
- Subscription Plans & Billing
We offer flexible subscription plan options. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled. Payments are processed securely using Shopify, and charges will appear on your statement as Spicy Ninja Sauce.
- Cancellation & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting customer support at orders@spicyninja.com. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
- Subscription Modifications: You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect in the next billing cycle. If switching from an annual to a monthly plan, any remaining balance is non-refundable but may be applied as credit.
- Failed Payments & Account Access: If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. Continued failed payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
