We make it at night because we have to wait until everyone in the building has gone home, including neighboring properties, because of how potently spicy the air becomes once production starts.

If you look at the label closely, it depicts a red eyed figure making a hand sign (aka: Naruto), called a "Ram" used by an Elemental Ninja.

Protective Wear

A lesson learned from past productions—we wear full coverings and masks because contact with the immediate production air causes skin irritation, and serious respiratory discomfort otherwise.

Peppers are thoroughly smoked locally using flavorful kiawe wood for over 6 hours—the smokey taste is divine.
